Story: aq from Pondicherry.
“If your girlfriend ever asks you if hers are the most beautiful breasts you’ve ever loved, say yes. She may not have asked that question about a part of her body that she already knows is not thin enough / curvy enough / smooth enough / tight enough to be considered hot. Perhaps if you take a moment to consider, you will see that the love emanating from her skin toward you is the very definition of beauty and the firm shape of breasts you believe to be beautiful, in the end, is just a shape.
Say yes, not because you want to spare her feelings.
Say yes because you understand them.
Because you see her, beyond the depth of skin.
She might not have asked, if she did not trust that you see beauty in her truth.
On the other hand, if you ask your boyfriend if yours are the most beautiful breasts he ever loved and he says no, don’t be too hard on him. Don’t forget the times you wished his calves were more full, his thighs muscular; before you were mesmerized by his monkey climbing. The first time you kissed him and found that he has a really big nose; before you noticed the heart melting way his face folds around his eyes as he splits into impossibly wide smiles with every kiss.
Don’t forget the time when your friends first asked to see his picture and you hesitated ever so slightly before hitting ‘send’.
Don’t forget humility.
We’re all fighting the same demons. Just as we see in each other small quirks and inadequacies in physical appearance, trust that we both see love.
You in the same intensity as me.
Me, the same as you. “
